Kalimera!

I am Anna, a yoga and nature-loving architect from the Netherlands. At least until I fell in love with the Greek Konstantinos. Ever since I started to know Hellas, the Ancient Greek name for Greece, I knew that life as I knew it was over.

I started to share Konstantinos’ love for this beautiful country. The beauty of the landscape, the culture, and the language. But most of all, the big fat Greek family. Konstantinos and I flew back and forth between Greece and the Netherlands to travel and be with his relatives as often as we could. Unfortunately, with both having demanding jobs in the Netherlands, we didn’t get to go as often as we wanted.

This year, I decided to take the next step in our Greek adventure. While Konstantinos stayed in the Netherlands, I am exploring Greece to provide you with the most beautiful off-the-beaten-path Greek experiences and destinations. The goal was to re-unite next year and finally settle, back in the country we both love.

However, recently we decided to let go of this goal, and go our separate ways For me, this means I now live in my van, and home is wherever I choose to park it. I have about 3 months of travel left, but now that I am not sure where to go back to, I might extend my journey with a couple more.
